Our standard consultation fee is $500 (up to 1,200 square feet) for up to two hours of time.
For whole-home projects and new construction, fees will vary.
We ask that you complete our questionnaire and share with us some images/photos of spaces that inspire you.
We review the questionnaire and if we have questions we give you a call.
The consultation is self-contained and we may explore some ideas or possibilities, but we don’t yet know if they will work due to technical reasons that have not yet been verified.
After the consultation, I come back to my office and meet with my team to discuss your wants, needs, and desires and we work together to come up with a rough proposed plan and a range of potential costs.
We prefer to present our proposals to continue to work together in person, and for that appointment, there is no additional fee.
Why Do We Charge For A Consultation? What Is The Value Of A Consultation For You?
We charge for consultation because we will be delivering a professional design plan to you, as part of our after-consultation meeting.
We invest up to 10 hours before, during, and after the consultation to complete our deliverables to you.
I have more than 20 years of professional, in-the-field experience in interior design. From space planning, color consultation, custom furniture, upholstery, custom window treatments, I’ve done it all. I am also a member of the National Kitchen and Bath Association (NKBA) and the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID).
You are welcome to schedule a 30-minute Discovery Phone or Zoom call so that can get “meet” us before you schedule the consultation. These meetings and phone calls are best scheduled ahead of time so that you have our undivided attention.
