My name is Rebecca O’Rourke, and I am the lead designer and owner of Sea Interior Design.

We specialize exclusively in renovations, new construction, and interior design projects with a particular passion for transforming kitchens, bathrooms, and any space that’s calling out for a fresh, elevated update.  Our projects often include every detail, from initial drawings to the final placement and styling of new furniture and decor.

My team and I help clients use their space more efficiently, ensuring that every inch is thoughtfully planned and beautifully executed. Whether we’re updating a single area or tying a renovation into the rest of the home, we bring cohesion, function, and flow.

I believe that successful renovations start with clear expectations. While no construction project is entirely stress-free — and I’ll never make unrealistic promises — my role is to guide you through the process with thoughtful planning, open communication, and expert project management.

Project Manager Site Supervisor

Brian brings a strong Midwestern work ethic and decades of hands-on experience to every project. Since 2001, he’s been managing job sites with precision and foresight—anticipating needs, coordinating trades, and ensuring that every jobsite detail is addressed before work begins. His proactive approach helps keep projects running smoothly and on schedule.

Jennifer Keet
Operations Manager

Jennifer has been an integral part of our California team since 2013 and also oversees operations at our Arizona office. As our professional Operations Manager, she handles everything from administration and office management to internal systems and behind-the-scenes coordination. With a sharp eye for detail and a calm, organized approach, Jennifer makes it possible for the rest of the team to stay focused on what we do best. Like myself, she finds true joy in seeing a project come together beautifully—and in seeing clients thrilled with the final result.

Katherine O’Reilly
Operations Assistant Extraordinaire

Katherine is our Operations Assistant extraordinaire—efficient, upbeat, and always one step ahead. After training under Jennifer, she’s taken the lead on managing day-to-day operations in our Arizona office for the past few years. The two work so seamlessly, it’s as if they read each other’s minds.

A true Valley girl with a sharp eye for detail, Katherine also travels with us for out-of-state projects and keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes. She’s professional, client-focused, and brings the same warmth and reliability that defines our entire team.
